Doris I. Brander petitioned the District Court of the First Judicial District in Lewis and Clark County for judicial review pursuant to Â§ 2-4-702, MCA, of a decision by the Director of the Department of Institutions for the State of Montana. That decision rejected the findings of the Departments grievance committee to the effect that petitioner had been wrongfully denied employment within the Department. The District Court reversed the decision of the Director and remanded the matter to the Department of Institutions with the order that it adopt the recommendation of the grievance committee. From that judgment, the Department appeals. We affirm.
